My goal was to improve in the originality and spelling and grammar categories and add more graphics for my next power point visual aid by reflecting on my previous rubrics. I reached my goal for my Unit 5 history PowerPoint. Instead of just words, I added more graphics. I received a 4 in each category on the rubric. I improved in the spelling, graphics, and effectiveness categories.

This powerpoint shows I can use technology for presentations. This was my BIT project. It was interesting to be creative with animations. The animations and transitions helped make the poem better. It was difficult to find good images and clip art for the poem. This powerpoint made it more interesting for the audience because it has different effects. I learned how to be more creative with technology. For my next unit project I will make a more creative powerpoint.
This was my first history unit project speech that I presented in front of my class. It shows my communitcation skills at the beginning of the school year. I liked the speech because the topic was interesting. Presenting the speech gave the class a chance to learn about my topic. It is important because I can compare my progress from the beginning of the year to now. I learned about how to present in front of an audience. Next time I would think of a more interesting way to present my topic.
This was my prezi I made with my group for language arts class for my research project. It shows collaboration because my group worked together to create the prezi. We each added fact about our topic. I enjoyed making the prezi because it allows you to make the presentation more creative. It was hard to use prezi because we had not used it much before and we had trouble figuring out how to work on it at all at once. It was also more unique than the other presentations because most people made powerpoints. Next time on a group project I would talk more with my group about how to present the project.
